3. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional codes are subject to the terms in effect at the time of the offer, and only one code may be applied per order unless stated otherwise. Certain premium brands may be excluded from site-wide promotions due to manufacturer Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. Eligible discounts will be reflected automatically at checkout.
4. Orders & Payment

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Agreement to Arbitrate. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. You and Grillardin Lux each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Arbitration will take place on an individual basis only.
