The Ovation 36″ isn’t a grill you drop into a countertop. It’s the one you design the countertop around.

It installs flush into the outdoor kitchen surface and stays there, a 36-inch hybrid cooking system that runs gas, charcoal, hardwood, and more through a full hybrid setup with dedicated heat zones, a rear rotisserie burner, and interior and exterior lighting for the evenings that last. The flush integration means the cooking surface sits level with the surrounding stone or steel, which is an aesthetic detail that tends to matter more once you’ve seen it done right.
