The Ovation 54″ freestanding is for the outdoor kitchen that hasn’t been fixed in place yet, or for the one where mobility is the point.

Same 54-inch hybrid cooking surface as the built-in, same full hybrid system with gas, charcoal, hardwood, and more, same rear rotisserie burner and interior and exterior lighting. The freestanding cart adds integrated storage, side prep shelves, and locking casters that were designed to carry something this substantial.
