Two independently controlled rings, a 24,000 BTU inner ring for a gentle simmer, a 36,000 BTU outer ring for a hard boil or a real wok sear, give it 60,000 BTUs of range across 380 square inches of cooking surface. A removable stainless wok ring sets it up for stir-fry in seconds, and the same #304 stainless steel build and blue LED lighting tie it back into the rest of the Alturi line.
