Two stainless U-tube burners put out 52,000 BTUs across a 755 square inch cooking surface, with heat zone separators that let you sear on one side and hold steady heat on the other. The rear infrared burner comes standard, not as an upsell, which means the included rotisserie kit actually has something to run on from day one. Angle-mounted halogen lighting keeps the grates visible after the sun’s down, and the backlit knobs do the same for the controls.

It’s #304 stainless steel, built in the USA, and backed by a lifetime warranty that covers more than the fine print usually allows. For a 30″ footprint, it doesn’t feel like a compromise. It feels like the grill that happened to fit.
