The Gran Fuego 36 is Videl’s foundation grill, sized for the island or a cart. Four Cast Stainless Steel Onyx Pro U-burners put out 72,000 BTUs across 860 square inches, with a primary cooking surface of 653 square inches and a 207 square inch warming rack for holding finished plates while the rest of the meal catches up. The natural convectional hood circulates heat evenly without requiring constant adjustments, and the HeatWave Chamber underneath improves heat retention for consistent results across the whole grate. CoolTouch knobs and a CoolGrip handle keep the controls safe to grab mid-cook. Built from commercial-grade #304 stainless steel with a serviceable quick-release panel for straightforward maintenance. Available in natural gas or liquid propane.
