The Summerset 30″ Pro Series Griddle is the purpose-built surface for everything a grate can’t handle, smash burgers, carne asada, shrimp, scallops, eggs, hash browns, anything that cooks better on a solid surface. An 8mm thick #304 stainless steel cooking surface sits above two independent 18,000 BTU U-tube burners, 36,000 BTUs of flat-top heat across 495 square inches of even cooking surface. Each burner operates independently with heat zone separators, so you can run a high searing zone on one side and something more delicate on the other.
