The Videl Commercial Grill takes the Gran Fuego platform and adds the safety and accountability features that shared or public installations require. Three Onyx Pro cast stainless steel burners deliver 57,000 BTUs, and a built-in 1-hour timer limits gas flow automatically, cutting off supply after 60 minutes whether or not someone remembers to turn it off. Laser-etched operating instructions are permanent and legible, and both the burners and knobs are anti-theft by design. Heavy-duty 9mm cooking grates and 9mm veggie grates handle the volume a commercial setting demands. Flamethrower ignition, heavy-duty flame tamers, and all-around #304 stainless steel construction. Available in natural gas or liquid propane.
