The AMG #304 stainless steel griddle plate drops into the grill in place of the cooking grates and opens up a flat surface for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, seafood, stir-fry, and anything else that disappears through standard grates. Compatible with Estate, Estate Freedom, and Atlas grill series. 14″ x 17.5″ cooking surface. The open grate area alongside it stays available for direct flame cooking.
